1. Start your return
Log in to your account on our website and go to Orders within 14 days of receiving your order. Select the order and the item you wish to return.

2. Choose the design & submit
Select the reason for the return. Once your request is approved by us (if applicable), you will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any approved refund.

3. Return the item and receive a refund
Pack the item, attach the label, and drop off the package. Upon receipt of the return, your refund will be processed automatically, minus the return shipping costs.
