Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern all sales of products made on the website www.maisonohr.com operated by Maison Ohr Design Lda, whose registered office is located in Portugal and which is registered under number 518325326.

Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are luxury clothing and accessories designed by the Brand.

Each product is presented with a detailed description and photographs that are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations (in color, texture, etc.) may occur, in particular due to screen settings or the artisanal nature of certain pieces.

Products are offered for sale subject to availability.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.

The Brand reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and validates their order after reviewing the order summary.

An order is considered final once:

• payment has been validated; and

• a confirmation email has been sent.

The Brand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Accepted methods of payment include:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Multibanco, American Express, etc.)

• [Other methods: PayPal, Shopify Payments, bank transfer, etc.]

Transactions are secured through a payment system that complies with current security standards.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. The Brand cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Shipping costs are specified before the order is validated.

7. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Brand’s registered office.

8. Pre-Orders

All of our creations are carefully crafted, sometimes in limited editions or made to order. Below is important information regarding pre-orders.

8a. Delivery Timeframes

Pre-order items are made to order or produced in limited quantities. The estimated delivery timeframe is indicated on each product page. Delivery times are provided as an estimate only and may be subject to change depending on production constraints.

We make every effort to meet these timeframes; however, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (sourcing, artisanal production, shipping, etc.) may result in delays. Should this occur, you will be notified by email.

8b. Order Tracking

Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

8c. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund before shipment.

Once the item has been shipped, the pre-order can no longer be cancelled, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

• Before shipment: full refund within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation of the cancellation.

• After shipment: please refer to our standard return policy (defects, errors, or damage during transport).

8d. Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your pre-order (address, customization, quantity), please contact us before shipment at customer@maisonohr.com
