1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales of products made on the website www.maisonohr.com, operated by Maison Ohr Design Lda, whose registered office is in Portugal and which is registered under number 518325326. Any order placed on the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the customer.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are luxury clothing and accessories designed by the Brand. Each product is presented with a detailed description and photographs that are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations (color, texture) may exist, particularly due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces. Products are offered subject to availability.
3. Price
Prices are shown in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. The Brand reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and validates their order after reviewing the summary. The order is considered final after:

sending of a confirmation email
The Brand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Multibanco, American Express, etc.)
- [Other methods: PayPal, Shopify payment, bank transfer, etc.]
Transactions are secured through a payment system that complies with current standards.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are estimates only. The Brand cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
7. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the Brand's registered office.
8. Pre-order
All our creations are carefully handcrafted, sometimes in limited editions or made to order. Here is some important information regarding pre-orders.
8a. Delivery Times
Items offered for pre-order are made to order or produced in limited quantities. The estimated delivery time is specified on each product page. These times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on production constraints. We make every effort to meet them; however, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (supply, handcrafted production, transport, etc.) may lead to longer delivery times. In case of a delay, you will be notified by email.
8b. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your pre-order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package in real time.
8c. Refunds and Cancellations
You can cancel your pre-order before shipment and request a full refund.
Once the item has shipped, the pre-order cannot be canceled, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
Before shipment: Full refund within 5 to 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
After shipment: Please refer to our standard return policy (defects, errors, damage during shipping).
8d. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify your pre-order (address, personalization, quantity), please contact us before shipment at customer@maisonohr.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
